Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 16, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LAXstay ("we", "our", or "us") services, including booking our short-term rental near LAX, furnished rental Los Angeles properties, or corporate housing accommodations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Booking and Reservations
Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment: Full payment is required to secure your booking for our monthly rental LAX or business travel Los Angeles accommodations.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in for a full refund.
Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
3. Property Use and Guest Responsibilities
Occupancy Limits: Maximum occupancy must not exceed the stated capacity for our family-friendly Airbnb properties.
Property Care: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
Smart Home Features: Our smart home rental properties include automated systems that guests agree to use responsibly.
Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighboring properties.
No Smoking: All LAXstay properties are non-smoking. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees.
4. Pricing and Fees
Rates: All rates are subject to change and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
Additional Fees: Cleaning fees, damage deposits, and other charges will be clearly disclosed before booking.
Corporate Housing: Extended stay rates and corporate discounts are available upon request.
Insurance Housing: Special rates may apply for insurance-related temporary housing needs.
5. Liability and Insurance
Property Damage: Guests are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Personal Property: LAXstay is not responsible for loss or damage to guest personal property.
Travel Insurance: We recommend guests obtain travel insurance for their protection.
Force Majeure: LAXstay is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Guest information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data solely for booking management and improving our Silicon Beach rental and Los Angeles area services.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
- Unauthorized pets (unless pre-approved)
- Subletting or unauthorized guests
- Commercial photography without permission
- Tampering with smart home devices or security systems
8. Termination of Service
LAXstay reserves the right to terminate service and require immediate departure for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of other guests or neighbors.
9. Dispute Resolution
Communication: We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues during your stay.
Mediation: Disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by California state law.
10. Modifications to Terms
LAXstay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at laxstay.com/terms with the effective date clearly indicated.
